    My family absolutely loved this dish. We do not have any complaints about it it was wonderful. Remember, this is supposed to be a mock pizza and pizza is not soupy, it is supposed to be firm yet a little creamy. I also love the idea of adding mushrooms, onions, and maybe a couple of other things, but we enjoyed it as it was. Thank you so much for your wonderful recipes and tips (always in need of another helpful hint or tip. God Bless ;

    My rating is based on some revisions as stated below !

    I watched Rachel make this recipe and it looked so good & pretty easy to put together. However, after reading all of the reviews before I make this dish, I plan to take all of the review comments and use 1/2 the pasta, double the cream mixture, & add x-tra parmesan to the Ricotta mixture, Use more pepper, add basil, garlic powder, tomatoes, portobello mushrooms, chives, plenty of bacon and give it a taste in the event it needs additional spices. Topping with a sauce will be determined based on dryness. I did like the idea of lemon drizzled on top after cooking. I'll let you know how it comes out.

    I enjoy your shows, Rachael. RCL

    This was great! But I do agree with other reviewers - it was a little bland and a little dry. I don't want to take out pasta - it's against my moral code! lol... So next time I will add more of the egg/cream mixture and season more. Basil will be more pungent than the parsley, I think. But it is such a great idea and so simple to make. My partner suggested turning it into a lasagna pizza. Great method! :

    The first time I made this it was extremely dry and bland. So I cut out half of the pasta and just added more spices. It tasted great. Since it's so fast and easy, it's one of my new favorites to make.

    This was actually a laborious dish to make and the end product wasn't as good as it looked... that's for sure! I had to add more egg mixture to it 'cause I could just tell that the amount it called for wasn't going to be enough and then when it was all done it tasted okay but just not great; like it needed something.... so I broke out a jar of spaghetti sauce and poured that over each serving - that helped a lot! I don't think we'll be making this recipe again.

    This was very bland. It was pretty on the outside and tasted blah. Pressing the delete button on this one. If you insist, you may want to chop up some pepporoni for the riccoto cheese layer and add some sauce....

    I couldn't find pancetta so I subbed bacon, but it turned out great and was so easy and quick. My kids ate it up!

    I threw mine out... way too much pasta OR not enough of the egg mixture. I ended up making some alfredo sauce to serve over it but it needed much more. If I were to try this again I would add some sliced tomatoes like another reviewer had mentioned and double the egg mixture and add a bit more salt and pepper.
