This wasn't necessarily bad, but it is soooo rich! Maybe best as a small side dish. Not sure I'd make it again.

At first looking over the reviews I was skeptical of this dish. I did spice it up and make it my own though. Instead of pancetta I added spicy turkey sausage and mushrooms. I also blended up a can of garlic and oregano diced tomatoes and added it. It was really tasty and my boyfriend had thirds! I can see how this recipe would have been bland if I hadn't added my own flare. I advise you to spice it up a little bit, it is an excellent dish if you add what you want to it. And the cheese took much longer to brown than eight minutes (it took almost 20 and the bottom got kinda krispy- it was delicious!

THIS DISH WAS GREAT. DONT KNOW HOW ANYONE COULD GIVE IT A BAD REVIEW. MY ONLY SUGGESTION IS TO ADD A LITTLE PARM CHEESE TO THE RICCOTA MIXTURE MAYBE A LITTLE GARLIC POWDER TOO. THE PIZZA CAME OUT PERFECT NICE AND GOLDEN BROWN! EVERYONE LOVED IT. NO LEFT OVERS! THANKS RACH YOU ARE THE BEST!!!

I enjoyed this. I didn't use near as much pasta as the recipe called for. Nor did I use Fresh pasta. I used Barilla Angel Hair. I used bacon instead of Pancetta as I live in a small town and its impossible to find. After the first couple bites there was something missing, so I drizzled some lemon juice over it and that put it over the top.

We loved this recipe. I added sliced Roma Tomatoes before the cheese in the last few minutes to give it a little extra color & flavor.
    It worked out well!

Bland & blah. Too much pasta (never thought I'd admit to anything having to much pasta. Not enough flavour. Just blah. Won't make it again.

Everything about this recipe was fabulous. The ingredients were easily found in my grocery store, the preparation was a snap, and it was delicious. I'll definitly make this a staple at my house, which thrills my husband.

I see some people said this didn't taste like pizza. I'd agree. But I also didn't make it expecting it to taste like pizza. It's more of a souffle.
I've never had anything like it so we enjoyed it. We did cut out half the pasta b/c RR always puts way more pasta than you need. Maybe that's why some people thought the flavor was lacking...cause they had too many noodles spreading out the ingredients.

This is a wonderful dish. I made it with bacon and then I tried it with sausage and both times it turned out terrific. You can't make a mistake it turns out great no matter what you do to it. I added sauce on top and my whole family loves it.
