    Sounds great and easy!

    And jennylola, WOW!!! Did you realize that some people just aren't great cooks, or just learning, or conversely, a total klutz around sharp utensils [like my daughter who cannot grate or cut ANYthing without cutting herself severely]??? Sometimes it's just better not ... ahhhh, never mind. :-} God bless!

    Why did I even look at this "recipe" when I was searching for a carrot slaw/salad. Pre-grated carrots? I would prefer to be more "chef-like" and grate my own. And why give the exact measurement in cups and then explain it again in "handfuls" What kind of man-hands do you have to have to be able to hold a cupful in them? But as always, thanks for telling me exactly in the supermarket where to find my items. The poppy seeds I had been using all along were from the garden department.

    A refreshing new way for carrot raisin salad!! Some of the family is not too keen on mayo or salad dressing type dressings for this salad......but this is definitely a keeper for sure!!

    my husband says that this recipe makes him think of heaven. i have to trick him into eating veggies, so this recipe gets an A+ in my book. i've mixed the raisins up with dried figs or prunes, which worked great.
