    I've made this soup twice and it is fabulous. Well worth the effort. Had all the herbs in the garden. Making the broth from scratch makes all the difference. The Picada adds texture and flavor. Wonderful.

    This was simlply delicious. I make some of Rachel's recipes almost every week and this is one of the best. My husband went crazy for it. He said"keep this one on the list". There are nice layers of favors with the picada and the olives. Yum!
