Absolutely delicious !!!.....I did however add extra garlic and cheese and I also added half and half to give it that creamy texture. I would make this again!! Thanks Rachel = Oh and i did not use the rosemary....not one of my favorites.

I thought it was pretty good the way it is. It says to slice the garlic and remove it after infusing with the oil, which I did not do, I minced all 3 cloves and left them in which I think helped a lot, but that was the only change I made. Next time I might try adding some white wine and/ or red pepper flakes but I do like it the way it is.

I added turkey bacon to this to give it some more flavor. Which was good as the cauliflower sauce was 'subtle' to put it nicely. Not very flavorful, the cheese and the turkey bacon saved the dish.

Although it had a nice light quality to it, we thought it a little bland. I even used my rosemary infused olive oil to bring out more rosemary flavor. Next time I will puree half of the cauliflower sauce and thicken with a little half and half. The other reviewers idea of red pepper flakes and nutmeg will be good additions as well. I am thinking some pulled rotisserie chicken would add some good protein and marry well with the rosemary. It still needs more color. Perhaps some nice roasted red pepper garnish.

This was great! Love the cauliflower - pasta combination. I used half white wine, half chicken stock and Ronzoni Smart Taste thin spaghetti. Also added crushed red pepper flakes and nutmeg. Decided not to mash the cauliflower up as I had sliced it up to begin with; in the process of cooking, it had already broken down some and I wanted some nice-sized chunks. Terrific meatless main dish. And I expect it would go well as a side dish next to some grilled steak tips.

I thought this was good basic recipe, but it does benefit from a personal touch. I added white win too and that really did the trick, and topped it with some sauteed mushrooms, made for a very nice meal

A very good meal. I 'tweaked' it a little by adding white wine and a dash of nutmeg and used whole wheat spaghetti noodles (a few people complained about the density of the noodles. I added peas and my kids even ate it! Nice and mild, creamy (I used 1/2 parm. and 1/2 smoked gouda. Easy, healthy and delicious.

Disgusting. I did not make any changes to this recipe.
I like cauliflower, but I don't think turning it into a "sauce" is a good idea. I made the full batch so I had leftover. The leftovers are even worse than the original meal.
The whole thing kind of looks like puke.

I was excited to try this recipe when I saw it on the show! I did read the reviews first and decided to use some of the suggested changes, as my boyfriend is pretty picky. So I added extra garlic, used some white wine with the chicken stock, added some crushed red pepper flakes, and a splash of half and half. I pureed it some with an immersion blender and finished it up by wilting some spinach before adding the pasta and cheese (romano and parmigiano...didn't have enough of one... It was fabulous! I like the unique texture and simple flavors. It is super filling so even though you don't feel bad about getting seconds, you might not need to! Thanks Rachel!!!
