We really liked this. I took the advice of other reviewers and added carrots and cheese. I also used some sour cream as a topping. It's a very good base recipe to adapt to your own tastes. I'd make it again.

I roasted the cauliflower with a couple of carrots. It was great. Good way to get my husband to eat some vegetables! I think the hot sauce added to it.

YUM YUM YUM!!! I read others reviews, & added 4 cloves garlic when sautéing the onions, which I did first, then added celery & then cauliflower. Also added 1 tsp red pepper flakes. After pureeing the soup w/ my immersion blender, I grated about a cup of fresh parmesan into the soup. Recipe is a keeper! Cheesy toast is a must have as well!

I loved this as a way to eat more cauliflower. Easy and delicious. I left out the flour, and split the half and half with fat-free half and half to cut calories and carbs. Used dried thyme as no fresh on hand, but still great tasting! I added salt when reheating...was a little bland second day. Will definitely make again.

Love you; love the soup. I sautéed the onions, 3 cloves garlic and thyme first and then added the cauliflower. Splash of hot sauce at the end was brilliant. Next time! I might add 1/4 tsp. red cili flakes to the sautéing veggies instead.

Made this soup today and it was super easy and delicious! I ended up using about 2/3 of a large head of cauliflower and a pound of butternut squash. To serve, I added a few drops of hot sauce, fresh grated parmigiano-reggiano and a few chives. I will definitely make this soup again.

This was delicious and easy to make! I followed the recipe exactly, except I didn't have thyme so I used fresh rosemary instead. Will definitely make it again!

Loved it! Really simple to make. I roasted the cauliflower in the oven for 20 min on 350 deg. I forgot to add the hot sauce at the end but I will definately try it when I make this again.

My family LOVED this soup! Followed the recipe exactly and it turned out great! I used an immersion blender to help make it thicker and creamier, but I left it chunky. Added cheddar cheese at the end to individual bowls and it was so yummy! Will definitely make this again!
