I saw this recipe on the show, and approached it as a skeptic: Can it be better than my Mom's old-world recipe?
YES! I think it's the thyme and bit of hot-sauce that does it. I added a little bit of small-cut yukon gold potatoes, and used vegetable stock instead of chicken. TASTES WONDERFUL and so easy to make!

Very Good and Very Easy to make. I used regular english muffins and just made twice as many. Soup does need a little parmessan cheese in it.

    What a wonderful comforting soup.
Very delicious...to serve a small bowl before a meal at a dinner party or a larger bowl for a meal at dinner time.
I love your show Rachel! Thank you.

My family loves this soup. I have always hated celery but ever since I began making this soup I have really come to enjoy celery. If you like soup then you need to try this recipe.

This was great, and so easy to make! I used frozen cauliflower, 1 16oz bag, I think next time I'll use a bag and a half as it was a little thin. The flavor is wonderful. This will definitely be a winter staple for me :
