This soup is so yummy! I wasnt expecting for it be this good! ill be makin this soup more often. I didnt make the dippers because im not a fan of english muffins. So instead i toasted up some pita chips and that went amazingly well.

Cauliflower has a wonderful delicate flavor and makes a delicious soup. Much easier to make than other vegetable soups, as there's no straining. Why buy canned when you can have something you'd order from a nice restaurant? Thanks Rachael for all your good ideas!

This was a great soup to make on a rainy day here in Oregon. I added a little dill and some carrots for more hearty style. Also used the cheese "dippers". What a great idea!

An excellent soup. Of course one has to adjust the seasonings to ones own taste (salt, pepper/hot sauce. It can be "bland" only if one hasn't fullfilled his/her responsiblity as a cook. I add 4 tbsp of raw rice with the broth to further thicken the soup.

So yummy. Had left over cauliflower from a gathering at my house, so not even a full head. Buttery and full of flavor. I left out the thyme, even, because I'm not a huge fan. I will definitely make this again!

This recipe does not have to be bland at all! I made sure to season with salt and pepper well in the beginning. I added a little extra onion as well. At the end I made sure to add just enough hot sauce to create a more complex and rustic flavor without adding any burn. Since I'd just seen a recipe for cauliflower soup with cumin on another site I tried a pinch. It was great! Definitely a winner.

Must admit though, no Rachel Ray recipe has ever taken me only 30 minutes, it's usually an hour.
