This soup is hearty and delicious. Sometimes I use skim milk(instead of half&half and leave out the flour for a more figure friendly version. It's not as thick and creamy, but still very good.

This is a fantastic soup, and very easy to make. Rachael has done it again!!! It would be so comforting on a cold winter day, but I believe it would be good anytime. I used a food processor and pureed the cauliflower a bit more than Rachael said she likes it and it came out just the way I like it. I garnished with parmesano reggiano, but any cheese you prefer would be good, I think.

My kids love this soup. They even know how to make it because it's so easy.

This was really good and easy. It reminded me of the soup my mom made when I was a child. I didn't have an blender so I just used a potato masher on the cauliflower and that worked good, it wasn't very smooth but very good nonetheless. I took a suggestion of another reviewer and I used 2% evaporated milk and that worked very well.

based the reviews of a few that claimed no flavor, however that was not my experience. This was one of the best cauliflower soups I've ever made. Used homemade chicken broth rich w/ flavor, whole milk, and added a handful of shredded cheddar cheese at the end to thicken. Delicious. Dont' forget the hot sauce - it doesn't overpower.

I made this for Saturday lunch and everybody thought it was fairly good. It was really simple to make. I used dried thyme so I only put in 1 Tbsp. and you could still taste it.

This soup was not my favorite. I had to doctor it up to add move flavor to it.

I loved that it totally tasted like my crazy high fat potato soup. I don't know that I will ever make that soup again when I can make this!

Great tasting soup. I used milk instead of the cream and it was still a big hit.
