ANCHOVY BREADCRUMBS...a delicious, sneaky and successfull way to provide my kids with important health stuff. The flavor is delicious and texture is crunchy. My kids ask me to make it! Unless you have any allergy of anchovies OR a dislike of eating anchovies...I encourage everyone to try this recipe. 2013...this is a winner!

This is dee-lish. Instead of the topping I toasted rye bread cubes in a cast iron skillet w/ butter, olive oil & salt. Very good with the soup.

This is very tasty. The topping is awesome. For me it took a lot longer than 15 minutes to get the cauliflower tender. I had to omit the wine because I didn't have any, so I added more chicken stock. I'm wondering how it would taste with some roasted garlic??? I will definitely try this one again.

I thought this was Ecellant, very light and fresh. I was surprised at how flavorful this was with very few ingredients. I only used half of the milk and added more stock just because I'm not a fan of "cream" based soups.

Excellent recipe!! Very tasty. I decided not to use anchoives. I used proscuitto instead. My kids loved it. Great way to get kids to eat some veggies. I used to make a similar recipe with plain cauliflower. The onions and potatoes definitely added great flavor. Thanks Rachel!!
