    Yummmmmm!!! What a great alternative to the usual champagne at midnight. This was velvety yet light and flavorful, with just a hint of alcohol noticed. Perfect! It did take quite a bit of blending so allow ample time - 15/20 min. For those who didn't want alcohol at midnight, I just blended the sorbet with Sprite. Will definitely serve this again :

    Made this for New Year's Eve Midnight celebration instead of champagne and all the guests came back for 2nds! Used limoncello, which was fabulous.

    Great Drink! My husband even suggested using different flavors of sorbet for a different flavor. Would highly reccomend! Thank you Rachel Ray!!

    I really enjoy making this drink in the summer months. It is so refreshing. It has great lemon flavor, not too strong and not too filling. I have only made with the citrus vodka so far, but I do plan on trying with Lemoncello soon.

    This was the best drink EVER!!!!! I didn't have citrus vodka so I used citrus rum and it was great!
