I've made this for my husband's birthday dinner for 5 years now, and now that we have two small kids, we all look forward eating his birthday dinner day together! It is great with mashed potatoes too.

Used rib eyes (great sale price, mini portobellos and made cheesy mashed potatoes in addition to the broccoli. The steaks were delicious, the mushrooms and broccoli perfect, and the SAUCE was fabulous! It was easy and everyone loved it! The leftovers were just as delicious the next day, too! Will put this recipe on the top of the list when it comes to making a special dinner.

This recipe couldn't be easier and was delicious! I didn't make the potatoes from this episode because I had no potatoes on hand but used instant mashed and made extra sauce to pour over them. It was great!
