    This bread was a very tasty accompaniment to the pecan crusted chicken. I gave it four stars because the ending product was a little dry. Next time I make this I am going to shake things up and create a "Loaded Baked Potato Style Bread" and use some sour cream and butter under the cheese to make the bread more moist and add flavor. I also used more than 10 blades of chives. Try it!

    This bread was quick and easy to make. I used sharp cheddar and the flavor was fantastic. I served it Rachael's Chicken and Stars Soup. Fantastic combination!

    This recipe is easy and has a nice presentation, but is totally mediocre in flavor. I used mild cheddar, because I had it on hand. I can imagine that sharp would have made it less bland. However, I still found it to be lacking. Definately use low broiler setting and check on it continuously, as it is quick to burn.

    This was just ok. I didn't like the sharp cheddar. It over powered the bread and chives. I tried it with just plain old American cheese and the chives and my family enjoyed it much more. You could taste all the flavors.
