Spaghetti squash is a great way to get kids to eat more veggies; and this recipe is the best one I've found for the squash. Plus, adults will love the sophisticated flavor of the black pepper.

This was definitely a crowd pleaser and very little prep work. I will make this over and over again.

I made this dish a few days ago and it was easy, delicious, and I couldn't notice much of a difference between regular spaghetti and spaghetti squash. I would definitely use spaghetti squash as a substitute for any regular spaghetti dish to lower the number of carbs in your meal.

This dish will more than likely become one of my favourites.

This was very simple and very good. I have only ever baked spaghetti squash, but, lacking a microwave, I boiled it as Rachael suggested. The boiling seemed to make the squash very wet, when finished, but was much easier and quicker than baking. Next time I will shred the boiled squash, then drain it to get rid of the extra liquid. The combination of flavors was very simple, clean and delicious. My seven year old and I had this as our main course for dinner and we both loved it. I will definitely make it again.

I made this dish when I had an extra spaghetti squash on hand and some romano cheese. I loved it! The texture was great, and the taste was wonderful. Lots and lots of pepper is the way to go, and I do wish I had more cheese than I had on hand -- a tiny bit more would have made this perfect. I did add minced garlic, and that enhanced the flavor all the more. Yummy!

This is the first time my Husband and I have cooked and eaten this and we loved it. Thanks so much. We are both dieting so this was a wonderful dish. Sincerely Chris Wiitanen
