That was the best taste it almost didn't make it to the table. I was like a kid with Mac and Cheese, by the way I used mine with Steaks and it was just as good Thanks

I loved this recipe. I made a few changes, though, using parmesan instead of Romano and not very much olive oil. The texture is a little odd at first, but the taste outweighs that. Add lots of pepper for maximum flavor.

I thought this came out a little bit bland, even though I added lots of cheese and pepper. It could be I just don't care for the squash. My boyfriend loved it! The microwaving was super easy. I would maybe add a bit of garlic to spit it up.

I loved the easy preparation and the somewhat crispy texture. I will probably play around with the condiments a little though, just to vary the flavor. My husband thought it was a good side dish, but a little bland.

In Italy, @ many a table U will see this dish served. And, there's hundreds of variations to serve this dish.
(UsItalians are very creative & versatile!
I'm so glad to see Rachael microwaved the squash vs baking it!!!!!
Faster & easier.
Other squash can be used, too!
Note:
The texture isn't exactly like spaghetti but similar; just don't overcook it, let it remain slightly al dente.
Lemon & Capers are wonderful in spag sq
just as in any pasta dish.
If U don't want all the kcal & fat from the trad Alfredo with pasta, try it with spag sq!!!!!!!
