Was so easy to do in the microwave--much easier than traditional oven roasting methods.

I gave this two stars- but honestly I just don't like spaghetti squash. This recipe did not change my mind.

First time the whole family of 5 adults have given a unified thumbs up on any type of squash. The dish has been a frequent requested item.

The squash was a suprise to the tastebuds. It was a good alterntive to pasta. The pork chops when very well with the peppers. Wonder if you could substitute chicken for pork?
Anyway, very good and very quick. The family we had over also thought it was tasty.

I really liked this squash. It took longer than 13 minutes for it to cook, however. (I did have a huge squash. I liked it very well, but hubby did not.

This is a really good idea. The dish is simplicity itself, so delicious, and looks like sunshine on a plate! If you like a zestier taste like me, you can shake more cheese into it, or try some red pepper flakes and toasted garlic -- play around with it, like it's a pasta dish!
