I cooked this recipe for my husband and I. I have to admit that what we belived would taste and have the texture of pasta, ressembled to sauerkraut. In my opinion, it rated a "3" because the taste was Okay. I also cooked the pork chops which were delicious.

My family would never eat any kind of squash before but when I made this it just flew off the table. I can't wait to try other recipies with the squash. I am sure it is going to become a regular at my table.

Easy and filling would be better with some green onions or some extra taste in it.

It is summer in the Southwest and use of the oven is nil, so microwave, and stovetop are the best method. This recipe is just right.

My husband & I are eating according to the Zone Diet - carbs come from fruits and vegies, not pastas & breads, so I am always looking for healthy new alternatives. This was delicious and very filling; combined with a dinner chili (from the zone it was a satisfying dinner.

I have never tried spaghetti squash before but I LOVED it. We mixed romano and parmesan cheese and added a little garlic. It was great. This recipe will be a regular in our house.
