I made this for dinner to accompany some Tuna Steaks and the orzo was a perfect complement to the meal. I added some fresh Thai basil from my herb garden and it gave it a little extra zip. My family all agreed that this was great.

We enjoyed this mild side dish. What I really liked though was how easy the leftovers could be used in new dishes. I mixed it up with some vegetables and meat the next day for lunch. It was great!

Rachael, great recipe...I combined this with your orzo with lemon zest and parsley...it was wonderful, also add a little more chicken stock and a little half and half to make it creamier.

Both my husband and my 10 year old loved this side dish! It was great with some added basil. I tested it first with tarragon, and that would've been good too.

Very good. A little on the bland side as written, but this can be seasoned however you like, depending on what flavors you're partial to. It made a great side to the marinated pork of Rachael's.

I used vegetable stock and it was good. Probably even better with chicken stock.
