My husband loved this dish. He doesn't really like rice very much so this is a great altenative for dishes that call for rice as a side. He bragged to his friends about and I know when he does that he really likes a dish. I fact, Iam making it tonight.

Very tasty! Very fast and easy side dish. When I haven't had time to plan dinner or need a quick side dish that goes with meat, poultry or fish, I make this. I even make it now for "company", since everyone always loves it! We make it all the time-- it is a "pantry" type of meal, since we always have the ingredients on hand.

Very happy with recipe...need to watch it closely though, so it does not start to stick to pot bottom....maybe I may use this recipe instead of K.Dinner? Kids and Adults said it was great. Thanks Rachael.

This is so easy to make, and has such a nice mild flavor...my husband and my 3 toddlers love it! I added some chopped fresh thyme...but it's good with or without!
