We love this dish! It is so good! We have this with chicken or any other meats, it is the perfect side dish! We have made this many times it is the best orzo I have ever had!

I love this one. I'm constantly making this as a side dish and love throwing in chopped fresh Italian parsley at the end. It pairs really well with Giada's turkey meatloaf with sundried tomatoes and feta too!

Thought is was good, but lacked some flavor, so the second time I served it I added real chopped pancetta. That made it great! Bacon would work too.

Very bland as written. However, the ability to season it or add veggies to pair with a main dish protein makes it worthy to try!

Loved It! Easy, fairly quick and quite delicious. Cut recipe in half, used extra chicken broth (maybe 1 to 2oz so as not to dry out the pasta. Next time I will add fresh herbs for different flavor or an extra kick, as posted in most reviews.

My folks gave me left over orzo and I searched the web to figure what I could use it for and came across here. Amazingly good recipe, I didn't have the cheese but did use mozzarella cheese.

I would give this a 4.5 if I could. This was good but mine was a little dry. Next time will add some fresh herbs to add a bit more flavor.

Don't get me wrong, cheese + pasta = success for me 99.9% of the time. This dish is the perfect foil for robust, highly-flavored meats and entrées, but it's a little bland on its own. I added fresh herbs - parsley and basil - which helped. But it's a perfect, easy side dish to make when you're short on time and ingredients.
