This recipe was very easy to make and very tasty. The only problem that I encounted was the orzo was sticky and clumped together.

maybe i needed to use less orzo or it cooked too fast. either way there wasn't enough liquid for the pasta. i had to use about 5 cups of broth to cook it right. it was delicious nonetheless.

Simple dish that my kids love! Seems to scratch their "macaroni and cheese" itch while offering adults a pasta dish that isn't drowning in gluten and over-processed cheese product!

This recipe was extremely easy to make. Although I needed a lot more than 14 ounces of broth. Kids loved it, we adults loved. I'll be sure to make it again..........SOON!

A nice variation on mac and cheese. It has become a standard side dish or lunch.

I love this dish. It is like risotto without the work. I like orzo better than rice. I like shallots in this instead of the onion. Sometimes I add baby frozen peas.

This is sooooooo tasty! It is just as easy as making something from a box - but you feel good knowing you did it from scratch. Be sure to try it with Rachel's Marinated No-Mystery Meat & Gravy recipe. It's wonderful!
