Creamy and yummy. Sour cream made them so smooth.

Here's a great tasting side packed with flavor. Just remember to have your sour cream at room temp, as I pulled mine from the back of the fridge and it greatly reduced the warmth of the potatos, something which the microwave quickly fixed.

This is easy and good, I used Yukon gold potatoes and the only cheese I had on hand was some asiago and grated Romano. It was a big hit

For those who said it was bland...you have to adjust the seasonings! I recommend going a tad bit heavier on the salt! These were wonderful!!! I did use russet potatoes instead of Yukon Golds. And I did peel mine as well, we are not huge on the skins here! But they were great! (I will definitely add some garlic to mine next time, just to try it a little bit differently THANKS RACHEL RAY!!!!

But these were bland and horrible. Even my husband who worships potatoes didn't like them.

I make potatoes once or twice a year. So when I make them, they need to be decadent. Goes great with pork tenderloin or t-bone steaks!

This recipe was fast, easy and delicious. The only thing I added was a bit of garlic...Garlic seems to be an ingredient I use in almost everything! Potatoes w/cheese is one of my favorite side dishes! Simply delicious! Thanks Rachel!

We, I made this with my 11,6 and 4 year olds, loved this recipe. It was fast and easy. Not only that but it tasted great. Didn't have all the ingredients on hand (sour cream, chives, so we substituted milk as the liquid and threw in a little garlic.
