This was super easy, colorful and delicious. I used new potatoes and russets. Also I cooked in cold water and added kosher salt when they were boiling.

I LOVE WATCHING RACHEL AND HER RECIPIES ARE ALWAYS APPITIZING TO LOOK AT AS WELL AS EAT I HAVE COOKED ALONG WITH HER SHOW MAY TIMES. THESE POTATOES ARE EASY TO MAKE AND WONDERFUL TO EAT MY ENTIRE FAMILY LOVES THEM.
