Typed in some leftover olives, tomato and tuna (had water packed, American and got this recipe from Rachael. I stuffed heritage tomatoes with everything else, and used diced jalapenos sans ribs and seeds instead of the hot peppers, but WOW what a meal. It even satisfied my meat-addicted man. Yummmmmmmmmmmmm.

This was a great recipe, for broke college students who like to cook like me, I replaced some ingredients with cheaper ones..

    For Example:
Red Bell w/ Green Bell Pepper
    Pepperocini Peppers w/ Banana Peppers
And the Olives w/ Black Olives

I also added Feta Cheese (What could be more Greek? and it tasted awesome!!
Thanks for the Balsamic idea.. that was tasty!

I was surprised by how well this salad went over. My husband, who is a very picky eater, could not get enough of it. Delicious!!!

This is a wonderful combination of my favorite veggies! And the tuna goes well with it. Leftovers were good for lunch the next day. Great complement to the Chicken, Spinach & Feta on Phyllo main dish.

This recipe is fantastic. The salad is so fresh and really easy to make. I used greek seasoning in the dressing instead of the oregeno and grilled chicken instead of tuna. A little feta garnish and it's awesome!
