I used 2 jalapenos, because we like spicy, and it was delicious. It does dirty a lot of pans, though.

Excellent. I did spice it up a little more with chipotle & cayenne. I'm sure it just depends on the quality of your ingredients.

Pretty good--likely depends mostly on your chorizo. Here in MI, we're lucky if we can get Mexican chorizo, let alone Spanish, so I made it with the former. Made plenty for two meals for two people. Will likely make it again.

I made this up just as the recipie listed. Everoned loved these. I didn't make enough becausee I only got 1 for myself. My youngest son ate them up. Thanks, i will be making this one again soon.
