Absolutely the best chicken and dumplings I have ever had! Simple to make and just the right thickness... Meal was ready in 30 minutes and the vegetables were perfectly done! Will definitely make again soon!

This recipe rocks!!! I agree with the other posts... even better on day 2 as it thickens up nicely! It was almost like eating Chicken pot pie with the crust mixed in. Phenomenal!

I made this last night for a friend who has been craving this dish. I had never eaten it. I did it exactly as printed and it came out really good. This will be in my recipe box. It's wonderful and I didn't think I would like it.

This is probably my tenth time using this recipe and it just gets better and better every time! I use a whole chicken and leave it in the crockpot while I'm at work. I double the recipe so that I can freeze some for later. Delicious!

EXCELLENT chicken dumplings recipe I have ever tried! I have made this several times and my whole family has raved of how they loved the taste! It is excellent as a left over for lunch or dinner. This is a wonderful comfort food! You have to try this recipe and see for yourself! I am going to make some tonight myself to satisfy a craving.

The BEST chicken and dumplings I've ever had. My husband and I have used this recipe twice and we love it. I don't use the peas, and we also cook a whole chicken in a crock pot then use the leftovers for the soup. It's amazing. It gets so thick after you refrigerate it but we love it like that! This recipe will be part of our family now!

Very quick, easy, and tasty! I am a picky cook and eater, and if I don't love the dish, I won't make it again. This will definitely be a repeat.The only changes I made because I was short on time is that I bought rotisserie chicken and used that instead, and also used Bisquick mix to make dumplings( about 1 cup flour and 3/4 water. Since it was so delicious, I will keep making it exactly the same way again. Thanks Rachel!
