I changed a few things. First i made my own dumpling mix. 2 cups flour, 4 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt 3/4 cup milk. Its cheaper than buying the box and just as easy. Next i used a stock because i like stock over broth, i added another onion, and i added a can of cream of chicken soup because i used about 2 lbs of chicken.

Easy to make, I added some fresh thyme from my garden. I also processed the onion and celery in a food processor.

I think this was one of my first Rachael Ray Recipes, and I heart it! It has become a staple in our home, I make all kinds of variations to it but most notably I use egg noodles instead of the potato. I too have had problems lately finding the small packages of plan biscuit mix so I had to use a garlic version and it was still good.

This was good....easy to make, easy to adapt if you don't have the exact ingredients, It's tasty and consistent. It wasn't the most exciting dish I've ever cooked, but it was good and I'll probably make it again. I think it is rated as a "medium" in difficulty. That's not accurate. It is REALLY easy.

This was absolutely delicious! We deviated from the original recipe to incorporate the parsley in the soup rather than putting it in the dumplings. I forgot to add the flour during the vegetable cooking time so it was added after the chicken broth came to a boil. We used a shaker as you would when making gravy. We also added the dumplings per the recipe but uncovered them and put them under the broiler to brown them just before we served it up. My wife was laughing at me because I kept going back to the pot long after dinner was over! We are always looking for quick, easy applications since we both work and there isn't a lot of time for preparation. This recipe is, indeed, quick and easy with outstanding results!

Easy as can be- used leftover roast chicken and bisquik mixed with some milk and sage. mmmm good. I think next time(oh there will be a next time for sure! I'll throw in some frozen tiny onions. I was wanting more onion. But other than that it was quick and comfort food kids all loved it too!
