This was so delicious, and easy, too! I added chopped mushrooms at the time I added the chicken. I will DEFINITELY make this again.

Great, but just needs to be more of a stew rather than a soup...i found it to be too thin...other than that it was a great recipe! We both enjoyed it.

this was a terrific recipe. what's not to love about racheal!! i'm vegetarian so i did this with imitation chicken and vegetarian chicken broth instead of real chicken. also added a bit of pepper and parsley to the dumpling batter. this is my first review, but i use racheal's ideas AT LEAST 3 or 4 times a week. have been watching her from the beginning.

A hit with my family, especially my preschooler. I either make dumplings using Bisquick or serve it over noodles. The only changes i made after the first time were to leave out the peas and use 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning instead of a whole teaspoon. It seemed a bit overpowering to me.

This recipe is great! I saw the show and logged on to double check the recipe. On a cold Saturday afternoon I decided to give it a try. My husband loved it. I'm sure he was happy to have something hot and staying instead of "warmed from the freezer"!
I wanted some extra time on my hands, so about 3 hours before I began to cook I chopped the veggies and chopped the chicken... I separated them into plastic containers and put in the fridge until I was ready to cook. It really made the prepation a lot easier. The dinner was a big "Ta-DA! I'm looking forward to making this again and again... I'm even thinking of experimenting with a beef version.
Thanks Rachel... You know how to make the busiest of people gourmet cooks in their own kitchens!

This is an easy and flavorful dish. Everyone took seconds. I doubled the recipe for 6 people and it disappeared.
