Just made this for the BF and he loved it. Some small changes... I used ketchup instead of tomato paste and sage pork sausage instead of chicken.

This one is a keeper! The only changes to the recipe that I made were that I used about 3/4 of a Costco rotisserie chicken and 2 cups of coarsely ground tomatoes and half pound of pasta. My husband and 12 year old grandson loved it. I just love Rachel’s ‘Week in a Day’ show. I used to do my ‘Cooking Frenzy’ on Sunday afternoons back when I was working.

Very good, but too thin. Made with canned tomatoes and home-canned tomato sauce, that may have been why. Will make again.

Extremely easy and delish!! I made the poached chicken the day before but didn't have time to make this, so saved making it the next day. It took no time at all. I used rotini instead of rigatoni...no problem! I didn't have shallots or fresh herbs, so used dried herbs. I used half and half instead of cream. It was still very tasty. My husband loved it as did I.
