Our entire family loved this dish, even our 16- month old. I left the hot sauce out of the baby's dish, but I would make this again any time. So easy to prepare and such a great pairing of ingredients. it is also very elegant looking for dinner parties. I will definetly be making this again!

This was the first meal I made for my husband in our new house after getting married!!! We both loved it and will definitely be making it again. The sweet and spicy sauce was delicious. I can't wait to try the sauce on a pork tenderloin. Since I didn't have ginger, I did leave it out. I couldn't tell anything was missing!!!

We made this for the first time and there were no leftovers. My son said it was one of the best recipes I ever made. I love RR's recipes. She is a creative cook. I use her recipes several time a week.

We thought this was fabulous. We made the entire meal as suggested. We probably followed the recipe fairly exactly except for using less salt and less hot sauce. We used boneless, sklinless thighs only because that's my preference and that's what was on sale. Great meal!

I made this the other night, and it was a surprising hit! Made it exactly as written. The spiciness of the sauce and the sweetness of the peaches work really well with the chicken, almost like a sweet and sour sauce. I would definitely recommend pairing this dish with the oniony potatoes from the same episode; the saltiness of the potatoes complimented the sweetness well. This is my fiance's new favorite meal.

My family loved this recipe. The kids could not eat enough to save their lives! I did change the amount of ginger though. I am not a ginger fan so I used just a dash of ground ginger. Also, I skipped the hot sauce.
