I enjoyed making this dish and I would surely make it again. It was so easy! Everyone was so surprise in how chicken and peaches paired so nicely. Thank you Rachael Ray!

This was a fun recipe to make. I cooked the chicken in bacon grease to make it extra rich! My husband liked it. I would make this again.

This was easy to make. I substituted one large and one small can of halved peaches since fresh weren't available, which worked well. There was too much liquid, however, and the sauce wasn't thickening on its own, so I added 1 T cornstarch mixed with 1 T of cold water and that did the trick. I also finished off the chicken in the oven to be sure the thighs were cooked through. Last, I added 1/4 c. toasted almonds for crunch. This paired well with steamed broccoli and jasmine rice.
