One of our favorites! So good! I like to add red pepper flakes to make it spicy..Quick and easy!

I love this recipe. I've been looking for one like this since my mother LOST the recipe she made us as children, and I was forced to start over. This isn't the classic dish. It's even better to me. I toss the spinach in just when I turn off the heat, because I like it less cooked. The family loves it. I use the Muir Glen fire roasted tomatoes.

This receipt is so easy and fast and everyone just loves it. I have made it with potato gnocchi and also added del monte tomatoes zesty jaloperos and it was great.

When the soup was almost done, I thought it may be a little boring just by looking at it. But when I took the first taste --- WOW!! It is really delicious!! AND it is 'watching what you eat' friendly. I used the four cheese fresh ravioli, as that was the only choice at the store which is a little high in fat and calories. But it is great!!! Thanks Rachael!!

This was a nice recipe. It was easy to make and turned out flavorful. I made a couple of changes after reading the reviews. I added a rib of celery and a shallot, both chopped. I added more garlic and some basil. I used cooked boneless chicken breast that I chopped into cubes. This recipe made for a nice quick night's dinner.
