So I decided that I'm going to limit the amount of fast food they I eat.. Watching 30 minute meals is a great way to start.. This recipe is easy and tastes excellent.. Prep was quick, and I decided to add celery and carrots which made this dish even better.. The tortillas and chesse brought this dish up to five stars!!! Way To Go!!

I saw RR make this last night on Food Network and just had to try it, I used mix if the Chkn Tenders, Smoked Cheddar and Turkey Sausage, and a Chipolte Turkey & Ckn Sausage - I also used a can of black beans in addition to the kidney beans. I couldnt find the fire roasted tomato so used regular and this turned out wonderful and the smokey flavor is great!

This Stoup was amazing!! It was so easy to make, and my family really enjoyed it. I was also able to customize it to my tastes. I used turkey cutlets, black beans, and italian sausage (where i live, there is only the soft chorizo and added a zucchini. I also added more hotsauce since me and my husband love spicy food. This delicious and hearty meal was more than enough for 4 people, we even have leftovers to take for lunch. : Thanks Rach!
