    My husband and I both love this. This is even better (more flavorful the next day. Nice spicy flavor and very easy to make. Love only one pot to clean!!

    What great combinations Rachael comes up with. This stoup certainly holds your attention as the house fills with phenomenal aroma. Even better the next day.

    this soup is SOOOO GOOD! I even made it low carb by avoiding the tortillas and potatoes.. definitely the best soup I've made.

    This is the best "stoup"! I did not use the tortillas or the cheese, but instead ate it with rice....it is just like gumbo without the long rue to make! My partner was a bit nervouse about it, but he loved it. I highly reccommend this recipe! It had tons of flavor, thanks to the chorizo. I have not been disappointed by Rachaels recipes yet!
