This soup is one our favorites now. Not only is it easy to make, but people are so impressed when you serve it. We actually crave this in our house. A must-have in your recipe box!

This stoup (as Rachel puts it is to die for. It is some down home comfort food. All the spices and flavors come together. It is even better the next day. Stop reading and get to making some of this stoup!!!

This stoup was very easy to make, and it was so good that two of the picky eaters in my house had two bowls of it. I was a little scared to make it at first because I don't like chorizo but it was the best stoup I ever had, and, as Rachael Ray says, the left overs are ever better the next day.

I LOVE this Stoup. I first saw it on tv and I went right out to the store that day and made it for dinner, now its one of my favorite meals. Not only is it full of yummy ingredients, its fast, and it tastes like you have been cooking it for hours! I've even served it for a dinner party, what a hit! There are a few keys..you MUST get Chorizo and Fire Roasted Tomatoes, try not to subsitute those because they add lots of flavor.

This recipe was excellent and my husband loved it. I made it vegetarian by using veggie broth, no chicken and vegetarian chorizo. Will definitely make it again.
