This was a huge hit...we devoured the whole pot in a day (plus one bowl for lunch the following day. It was so simple and the flavors were awesome! We'll definitely make this again.

I just made this tonight and expected it to be good but not quite as good as it was. The only reason I'm not giving it five stars is because I didn't follow the recipe exactly. I didn't have potatoes in the house so I used noodles instead and I also left out the red pepper.I also didn't use the cheese and tortillas to top it. But it was extremely tasty. The chorizo gives it a great flavor.

THE FIRST TIME I MADE THIS SOUP, I USED LEFTOVER COOKED CHICKEN THIGHS AND HOT ITALIAN LINKS AND WHITE BEANS. IT WAS EXCELLANT! SO GOOD THAT I MADE IT AGAIN USING THE CORRECT INGREDIENTS 2 DAYS LATER! JUST WONDERFUL!
