    My family loves this recipe. It is so easy to make and tastes like it comes from a restaurant. After Thanksgiving I replaced the chicken with left over turkey. It was a great way to use all the leftovers.

    I added half a bunch of chopped spinach after the tomatos, and it was terrific. Boyfriend and friends all loved it!

    This is one of the easiest dishes I have ever come across and it has so much flavor. Guess what? I am not a lover of soups.

    This is the best soup I have ever made. Everyone is still asking for the recipe. I decided not to put the tortilla chips in, but I will have to try it next time. My husband said he would have liked less red bell peppers, maybe a half.
