These were great!! I never knew a chicken burger could taste so awesome! I mean, I love chicken, but I guess I just never thought of making a burger. The ground chicken at my grocery store is too expensive, so I made my own w/ boneless, skinless chicken breasts pulsed in my food processor. It worked great!! Fantastic Rachael!!

Never thought to ASK to have the meatman grind chicken breasts..great tip.
The recipe was awesome, this is definately a KEEPER. I loved how it tasted like a sausage and not like chicken at all. Nice and juicy too.
And on the english muffin with the sauce..well..heaven indeed.
    Thanks Rachel

Rachael, I've been trying for years to serve ground chicken and ground turkey to our menus, but my husband is such a meat & potatoes man (usually. So when he and I saw you fix this on tv he said... Man, that sounds GREAT!!! So we went out today to get everything (deli sliced ham instead of Canadian Bacon - they don't have much of that in Virginia, unfortunately. He absolutely loved it and man... the sauce was sooo good! Thanks again, Rachael... you're the BEST!!!!

Not only is it too easy but so yummy. I went without the scallops and sauce due to picky eaters and yet it was still a much desired family fav. I made it just hours ago and my family is already asking when we can have it again. In their eyes it even beats McDonalds. (Yet is also much better for em Thank you Ms. Ray
