I used turkey instead of chicken because I couldn't find ground chicken in my store. I was afraid they would turn out dry but they weren't at all. Like others I thought the patties were way too big so next time I will make 6 instead of 4. Also thought the burgers were good enough with cheese, not sure it really needed the extra calories of the ham. Very easy and quite yummy. Thanks again Rach!!

I thought this was excellent! Next time I will ask for the canadian bacon to be sliced a bit thicker and as for the poultry seasoning--I didn't have any on hand, but I did have some fresh sage and rosemary and used about 1 tsp of each of those and I thought the flavor was great!!

I agree with the other folks who say that there's too much poultry seasoning. We liked them otherwise! A word to the folks giving them to their dogs, onions (shallots will kill dogs. I wouldn't recommend giving them anything with onion in it at all!

Very yummy. I immediately loved the flavor of these burgers and will make again. The chicken was so flavorful I'm not sure I will use the Canadian bacon next time. I made along with the oven fries for a completely tasty dinner.

These are very tasty and if cooked correctly, do not dry out. Very good.

My family loves these! I don't make them quite as huge as suggested. I get 6 burgers from this recipe. Also the poultry seasoning was too strong for 2 of my family members tastes...So,I cut that in half and bumped up the amount of tarragon in the dressing to compensate. Don't skip the dressing...it makes the burger!!!!

These burgers are easy to make and taste great! I would def. cut back on the thickness of the burgers. The patties were so thick my kids could barely get them in their mouths. Other than that these cordon bleu burgers are great!

I usually LOVE Rachel Ray's recipes, but I guess they can't all be perfect. Maybe it's just our taste, but my family didn't like it at all. First we tried them with the Dijon-Tarragon-Mayo sauce which was was only okay. But the 2nd batch without sauce made us realize that the sauce was covering up the gamey overpowering chicken. But maybe that's just us! However the dogs enjoyed them very much!!!
