I saw Rachel make this on TV and I just had to try it for a little casual dinner party. It was so easy I was able to actually enjoy my guests, and everyone LOVED them! Plus the herbs on the potatoes made the whole house smell devine! It is now becoming a staple dinner at our house!

I've made this a few times, and it always turns out great. Have made it with ground turkey and it's delicious! I made it one time when I didn't have a shallot on hand; I used garlic instead, but it didn't turn out as good...

These were great, but I had to alter it quite a bit. I cut all of the spice amounts in HALF, and it was still plenty of seasoning. Also, she suggests 4 burgers for 2 lbs. of meat...WAY too much chicken for 1 burger IMO. I made 4 burgers out of 1 lb. of meat the 2nd time I made these, and it was much better, and still very filling. The 1st time, they were just too big, and took away from how good they COULD be.

Okay so it has all the flavors of cordon bleu but not the same. The burgers were great though and very filling, especially with the red potato fries. Loved the sauce combo as well.

My husband and I enjoy turkey and chicken burgers and this recipe was a nice addition to our collection of burger favorites.

I couldn't find ground chicken in my meat department, so I used ground turkey. The burgers were delicious, and even my picky family ate them. Thanks!
