    I made these with turkey instead of chicken, and they were great. The flavor was perfect, and it quick and easy to prepare.

    This was a pretty good recipe, but I think it had too my poultry seasoning. I will have to try again with less or none at all.

    I have made something similar to this, only I made the patties thinner and put everything in between. Same results, very tastie Burgers. Give it a try sometime.

    I served these without the bun, with fresh asparagus and hollandaise. Everyone loved it and it looked really inviting.

    We've never tried chicken burgers..and we LOVE THIS RECIPE! My son ate two the first time I made these (he's a teen who rarely eats at home now and my husband (Mr. Finiky raved about them. For some, the spices could be reduced a small amount. The best is the tarragon Mayo - I use it on all my sandwiches!
