Maybe if you have a perfectly clean kitchen, everything laid out for you, and NO DISTRACTIONS, could this full meal be completed in 30 minutes. Oh, and it might help if you're a chef. I'm not a bad cook at all, really, but this just did not work. The portions did not cook even half way through in the time she stated. Perhaps it was just me, but I had an awful time with this recipe, and won't try it again.

This doesn't taste at all like chicken cordon bleu, but it's still a winner to me. I ground up chicken breast fillets in my food processor rather than using ground chicken, and the burgers come out really juicy and delicious. I tend not to make the same recipe over and over again, but this one is a favorite stand-by.

My family wanted to try this but I was reluctant because I'm allergic to dairy. However, it modified very easily with my soy swiss! This is really very easy and turns the whole burger party crowd on its ear!

I would recommend cold prosciutto instead of the ham and gruyere or emmanthaler instead of the swiss cheese. Also, cool it with all the seasonings. And if you can't find ground chicken, I would recommend to just buy some chicken breasts, cut them up and give them a few to several pulses in the food processor.

    I love Rachael Ray!

My family really liked these burgers but the recipe called for 2 lbs of ground chicken to make 4 burgers! That made 1/2 lb burgers that were tooooo big to eat. Cut the recipe in half and it will be fine for 4 people.

We made these today. They were easy but really nothing special. I was a bit disappointed in the recipe. I would try them one more time but with some changes.

My husband and I really enjoyed the outcome of the burgers and we also paired them with the potatoes that were prepared in the show. I did not enjoy the time that it took to make this "30 Minute Meal".
