I did not like this at all. Took too long to make, made for a lot of clean up, and after all that, didn't taste like anything. Very bland and with nothing inside the enchiladas but the chicken, sausage and cheese, they seemed dry. Would not make this again.

Very flavorful! I always add more spice as I like them spicy. Other then that, very easy and always enjoyed!

not bad for a quick mexican craving.. I had most of the ingredients right in my house, this recipe made A LOT of sauce. too much. I thought the cinnamon taste was overpowering. After I doused it with sour cream and salsa it was pretty good

Decent, for a quick and easy meal. The sauce needs tweaking. Too much tomato. I added a few drops of siriacha sauce along with a generous amount of Tony Chachres, garlic powder and chopped onions. Skip the cinnamon.

I have only made the sauce. I am usually unimpressed with the taste of canned enchilada sauce and wanted to make a simple homemade one. The sauce is really good and only takes a couple more steps than opening a can. The cinnamon really adds a depth of flavor.
