This was the first recipe I ever had used from 30 minute meals. It was great my whole family loved it. The sauce is so unique and I have had a lot of enchiladas but this one stands out!

Great recipe. Very easy. Instead of tomato sauce, I used canned enchilada sauce - yummy!

This was the worst recipe for enchiladas. Although the chicken tasted wonderful the sauce left a lot to be desired.

My family loved these. The only thing I altered was leaving out the tomato paste in the chicken. Just something I thought my fam would prefer. Turned out really great and easy.

very good! a simple weeknight family fun meal. a few modifications i will try next time -- slight decrease in cinammon and add in a bit of cocoa in place; the chicken filling is not hot enough after shredding and filling the tortillas even with the 5 min approx broil time -- the enchiladas needed to be micowaved.

I tried this recipe tonight. I wanted to try a different Enchilada recipe than I ususally do so tried this one. I made the chicken and filling as it said but used a store bought enchilada sauce. Next time I will cook in the oven some then use the broiler for the cheese.

i've tried this a couple times....the 2nd time i tried using thigh meat and it took about three times as long to shred
i agree with others that the recipe calls for too much cinnamon
i included the onions from the cooking stock in my enchiladas
