    Definelty has potential- needed more sauce and more flavor. Doctored it up a little and it turned out quite good.

    This was a great and easy recipe. I added a can of hot enchilada sauce to the sauce just for an extra kick! I also added a can of sliced balck olives to the top. We topped these with sour cream, chopped roma tomatoes and guacamole. The cinnamon in this dish is a very nice touch. As Rachel would say...Yummo!

    The smell of this was more pungent than the taste. The odor lingered in the kitchen for more than a day (yuck!. I expected these to be more flavorful, and I didn't really like the hint of cinnimon in the sauce. Won't be making again.

    This was a good dish, but I added som Cholupa sauce on the top and it really did great! Next time I will add Cholupa before I broil it to brown the cheese. Overall, a good dish though.

    I have tried several chicken enchilada recipes that were disappointing. This was easy and tasted great. You can easily alter it to your own taste.
