This is a fabulous dish - I call this dish mexican lasagna, because of all the cheese and tasty sauce! Mexi-talian - I recommend to make extra sauce. Instead of loading the dish with cheese I would recommend that you only add enough for taste, do not cover the tortilla wrap. For my last recomendation - serve on top of the sauce :

My hubbie and I really enjoyed this. I had a jar of Trader Joe's enchilada sauce in the pantry so I used this instead of making my own. I also used the flour tortillas because my husband strongly dislikes the corn. It was so easy, chicken was very tasty & he gobbled it up. I am going to make her sauce version the next time.

These are amazing and came out absolutely delicious! I read many of the reviews before cooking this and based on what everyone said about the cinnamon, I used only half of what this recipe calls for. Also, be careful when broiling as the cheese melts and browns very quickly. This is very tasty served with sour cream and yellow rice. Very excited that this recipe tasted so great!

This recipe really worked out. Except I did change some things, I did my own sauce and only added onion powder, chilie peper, cheyenne pepper and added cilatro in the chicken. It came out awsome!!!!

This was the worst recipe I ever cooked. The taste of the cinnamon ruined the sauce. My 9 year old started picking though it and I made him eat it thinking he was just not giving it a try. I eat later and when I put the first bite in my mouth, I wanted to gag. I told my 27 year old to try it and she said, "not after looking at your face." I was so upset, it looked good but looks can be deceiving.

This dish was fantastic after a couple slight changes. I used a medium sized onion, added half to the chicken broth and the other half I sauteed for the sauce. I added 2 chipoltes to the sauce, as well as a couple tablespoons of the adobo sauce to the sauce. I chopped the onions from the broth and added it to the filling. Subbed pepper jack cheese and it turned out great!

Good, not super exciting nor flavorful, but definitely not bad. Monterey Jack cheese was very yummy, never had them that way before

This didnt really do anything for me. I really didnt like the cinnamon in the sauce, it was just wrong. In all honesty, I would prefer the canned enchilada sauce.

This was just ok. The cinnamon was totally wrong though, not the flavor I was expecting. Could have used a creamier cheese type sauce rather than just melted monterey jack. Overall, very easy and edible.

I love this recipe. It's quick & easy. I even change up the meat but still use the sauce, Yummy!
