I made these for the first time last night and everyone loved it. I did only put a sprinkle of cinnamon, but it would be great anyways. Put sour cream on top right before you eat it...it's amazing.

I have made these enchiladas several times. I dont know why people are talking down the cinnamon as it gives it a good taste. I made these for a dinner party and people devoured them and wanted to take me home with them to be their cook!! These enchiladas beat the restaurant big time. Good job Rachael!!

Like a few others have mentioned, leaving the cinnamon out is a good idea. I love cinnamon and was excited about what it would do for the recipe, but it overtakes the dish. Perhaps just use a sprinkle of it instead of a 1/4 tsp. Other than that, the dish was great!

We love this recipe in my house. We do use the cinnamon and get rid of the corn tortiilas. We like the flour tortillas much better. I have been making this for a while now and it never gets old.

This recipe was super easy. The cinnamon is an interesting addition. I also used crushed cayenne pepper instead of the liquid and it seemed fine. Overall it was really good!!

Everyone loved the enchiladas. I changed a few things I used flour tor. and skipped the cinn. and the other thing is I made the chicken the day before and let it set in a bowl in fridge then all I had to do is make red sauce (so easy and fill and bake the enchiladas!!!! Will make again!!
