Amazing combination of flavors...really well balanced. I was looking for a recipe to use up a few leftover ingredients in the pantry and this will go to the top of my list for family favs. Thanks!

I love this chicken recipe mostly because I've been trying to find one that does not call for oven use so to save energy. I could not find safferon, I do not like olive, and I used brown rice instead for nutritional purpose. The dish turned out so delicious that everyone wanted to have repeat. This is a winner! As an aside, RR is my all-time favorite. She is vivacious and unpretentious, her repertoire is practical and health-conscious. I enjoy her show!!!

This chicken is excellent! I halved it and used black olives, and I cut the fat to only 1 Tbsp. of olive oil (no butter and it rocked. It also looks beautiful. Thank you Rachael!

This was one of the most delicious chicken recipes I've had in a long time! Different but oh, sooooo GOOD! Didn't know about the raisins, but they were surprisingly good!!! I'll be making this again!!!!

My family loved this when I made it on a Sunday afternoon. You can keep it on the burner and dig in all day. It also tastes great the next day.

My whole family enjoyed this dish, including my very picky 4-year-old which completely shocked me. He cleaned his plate and asked for more!! Definitely a keeper!

It would take me 30 minutes to praise the 30 minute meal guru for her amazing recipe. The recipe is very easy to follow and more improtantly delicious! My friends and family LOVE it. I have prepared it several times and am now adding it to my list of favorite, easy and dishes that are also pleasing to the eye!!!
