I made this recipe for the first time tonight for Sunday dinner and it was a hit in my house! The steaks came out nice and crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. The homemade gravy that goes along with this recipe is the best gravy I've ever tasted in my life! Would definately make this recipe again!

I don't fry too often, but this came out perfect and thrilled my finicky kids.

This was simple and really delicous. I used the fine corn meal. I didn't know what the difference was with the beef top sirloin or the beef top roast, but I used the roast and it was splendid. The gravy was fresh. I did not have time to make the green beans so I used sweet peas instead and had them with mashed potatoes, it was great.

I followed the recipe exactly and the steaks didn't come out crispy, but the gravy was delicious.

I made this without the gravy per my husband's request and it was great. Then I decided to kick it up and added very liberally both steak seasoning and chicken seasoning. It is by far his favorite thing I make for him.
