Instead of chicken breast, I used a rotissori chicken and just shredded it. Then mix with the other chicken stuff and microwave till warm. Turned out great and so much less trouble. I also used Greek Seasoning instead of Grill Seasoning and Italian dried herb mix instead of oregano. We took to the park and loved it!

This chicken is so yummy I sometimes eat it all by itself! I usually serve it inside a pita, instead of as a salad, and my family loves them!

AND ALREADY LOVE IT! That pesto is absolutely fabulous. And the chicken, I'm letting marinate for an hour. I've had a satay made like this before so, it seems as though it will turn out great. But as a salad, and wit this pesto, ooh I can't wait!

Awesome dinner for my husband and I. It was full of flavor, just what the pregnant lady wanted! We will definitely make this meal again and again. We did a basil pesto instead of parsley and spread it on the pita first then we topped it with the grilled yogurt chicken and salad mixture. It was a great change over the same old chicken dinner.

This salad was amazing and healthy. However, next time I will probably marinate the chicken over night. I really loved the flavor of the chicken and would like it to be a littlestronger next time. Also, the yogurt stuck to the grill and I think I had the grill too high at first! But it was delicious!

Very flavorful with the pesto! I personally think the pepperoncini adds a lot of flavor to this salad. Delicious and holds over from dinner to lunch the next day well. A keeper!

This was so good! I grew up eating Greek salad so this was a nice twist on a classic. The yogurt chicken was amazingly flavorfull and the pesto was delicious on the salad. Definately a keeper!

I have made this twice since I tried this recipe. It is so good. My husband didn't care for the pesto but I really liked it. Make a lot less pesto though because we threw most of it away. I started marinating the chicken early at lunchtime and them grilled it that evening. It was so tender and delicious and reheats well. I think you can do your version of a Greek salad to pair with this and I ended up making tabouleh and hummus the second time. Don't overcook the chicken. The skewers that I left on longer were definitely not as good. Enjoy!
